If something didn't meet your standards, Please contact us at mysticshamanllc@gmail.com. We want to make it better and make you happy. Although we don't accept returns at this time, we're always open to feedback and would love to know how we can improve our products. 

If you receive a defective or damaged order, we're happy to refund it within 30 days. Your refund will be issued as a credit via your original payment method. While your credit may be instant, please allow additional time for your financial institution to process your credit. 

Defective or damaged

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email us at mysticshamanllc@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item and a brief description of your concern. Allow two business day for a response.
